TRansforming Urban School Teens!

A non-profit founded in 1992, The TRUST Project instills hope, vision and a more positive future for Boston's at-risk teens. Our proven early prevention strategy helps improve attendance, engagement and student performance. Life Success Coaches are integrated into Boston Public Middle Schools to coach and manage the schools' truant students with the goal to motivate, mobilize, and equip the youth with the skills and support needed to complete high school.

Mr. Patrick R. Davis is the Executive Director of The TRUST Project  (TRansforming Urban School Teens). Mr. Davis is a co-founder of M3 Capital Advisors, a boutique financial services firm. He has served on the boards of the YMCA and the Boys and Girls Club to serve under-resourced urban youth.
